EXACT dimensions 8 foot 4 inches wide by 12 foot long by 10 feet tall. Fully insulated with 2 double pane windows. I used this building as my art shed. I can in no way help you load it, find someone to load it for you or provide you with someone who can haul it for you. You MUST have a LOW profile trailer to haul it.

The shed is located in Bayside Gardens and MUST be moved no later than Thursday September 4, 2025 by 2 pm.

LeMond Zurich Women’s Road Bike For Sale

The 2003 LeMond Zurich is a steel-framed road bike with a Reynolds 853 Pro double-butted steel alloy frame and a Bontrager Race Lite carbon fork. It was equipped with a Shimano Ultegra 9-speed groupset, Bontrager Race Lite wheels, and triple chainring crankset.

Has not been ridden for a while, so likely needs a tune up, but otherwise in good condition. Frame size 53w and wheel size is 700. Shimano Ultegra components. An excellent lightweight road bike.

Just recently serviced this lightly used Honda EU and I was taken by how clean the carburetor was. Air Cleaner also looked brand new. I used it very little on our RV and stored in garage 5 years ago when we moved to Seaside , ending our RV lifestyle.
Some Features EU model provides:
Auto Start. Clean steady power for things like computers to run on. Eco Mode when quiet-low power is desired. Automatic carbon dioxide shutoff, extra RV power cord, can be coupled with another generator.
Put in a new battery for autostart last week, and followed manufacturers protocol: Drained and flushed fuel tank, flushed and replaced O-ring in carb sediment cup, and changed oil and fresh fuel with gas extender.
Some exterior aging from solar exposure and being strapped down on RV.

Used but no signs of stains or damage. Rug is made of Viscose and is known for its silky feel and high sheen, which has affect on the coloring at different angles. Color is “Caramel.”
