There is room for up to four cars in the driveway (tenants will not have access to the garage).
Pets MAY be allowed and need written pre-approval from the Landlord and will incur a non-refundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent.
Tenant pays for water and electricity. All other utilities included in the rent – propane, bi-weekly trash service, high-speed internet, local over-the-air TV channels.
No washing of vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, etc., on the property.
Move-out cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Weekly/monthly cleaning fee extra if cleaning service desired.
