Rent would be above 3k a month, haven’t solidified a number just yet. Three bedroom, established lush garden, privacy, hot tub & fire place out back, covered area over both hot tub and fire place. Near the alder creek land trust and trails, nice microclimate out of the coastal wind. It gets hot at the house in summer, but house stays cool. Quiet neighborhood. No pets, firm on that.
