Keiser M3 Indoor Cycle / Spin Bike $200

Submitted By: simmonster@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
From manufacturer:
“The result of more than a decade of cycle development, the Keiser M3 is like no other indoor cycle you’ve ridden before. Keiser scrutinized and quality tested every single component of the M3, from the top of the comfortable handlebars to the bottom of the rock-solid base and everything in between. The centerpiece of the M3 is its eddy current resistance system, which offers infinitely adjustable resistance. This creates a vigorous, challenging workout along with a remarkably smooth, whisper-quiet ride. In addition, the cycle is built to last, as the resistance system doesn’t wear and is virtually maintenance-free. And to keep you comfortable throughout your ride, the M3 includes a four-way adjustable seat (up, down, forward, and backward), dual-position comfort handlebars, and adjustable Shimano combo pedals.

The M3 is also equipped with a sophisticated computer system that tracks your rpm, power output in watts, kilocalories, heart rate, pedaling time, resistance, and trip distance. Other features include a gravity-based water bottle holder, an anti-slip belt, and a smooth resistance shifter. Designed with the needs of fitness clubs in mind but portable enough for the home”

High quality, solid, smooth, and quiet way to exercise indoors. The roller blade wheels make it easy to transport around the house.

Located in Manzanita.

Sectional Sofa

My family loves this brown sectional couch, because it is very comfortable and long enough to nap on. But it is too big for my space.
It is 96 inches on the long side with the arm and 78 inches on the shorter side.
It has a couple of spots of minor damage (I usually have it covered with throws or blankets).
Comes apart into two sections, but you will need strong people to haul it.

Preserve and Share your Cherished Tapes and Photos

Submitted By: nehalembayexperience@gmail.com – Click to email about this post
Hey bbq. My name is Drew and I am a local video/tech geek.
VHS/8 mm tapes and photographs decay over time and are difficult to share with family and friends. Digitizing not only preserves these memories but allows them to be safely and easily shared.
Tapes are transferred to mp4 files and can be uploaded to social media and/or Cloud Storage Platforms. Due to new software the cost is now $13 per tape.
Photos are scanned in high def and transferred as jpg files which also can be uploaded. Cost is $2 each for quantities of 1-50. $1.50 each for quantities over 50.
Both video and image files can be sent directly to your computer.
You can contact me at nehalembayexperience@gmail.com
Looking forward to helping you share the Times of Your Life! Cheers, Drew.

Bamboo needed for planter troughs

Submitted By: ali@inarticulating.com – Click to email about this post
We are looking to create a ‘Green Screen’ around a portion of the grounds at St Catherine. We want to thank those who have already contributed towards the troughs as well as the Arborvitae. This has allowed us to make good progress.

We still need donations or good sources of inexpensive bamboo. These will NOT go directly in the ground. They will be contained in planters.

Thank you in advance.
