Join longtime yoga teacher and dynamic coach Emily Fanjoy for this very special 2 hour workshop in Nehalem!
Monday evening, 12/9, at 5:30pm!
As the holidays ramp up, this workshop is an invitation to slow down and attend to you.
What do you want to acknowledge in yourself? In 2024?
How do you want to move into 2025?
You’ll be guided through yoga movement (asana), reflections, and conversation prompts designed for unique-to-you insights and connections.
To this end, be prepared for movement, journaling,
and a short partner exercise. We’ll end with a deep yoga nidra meditation, an ancient form of guided meditation that is proven to help balance the body, increase energy and calm the nervous system.
By the end of this workshop you will:
Articulate what you want to acknowledge in yourself!
Envision how you want to show up in the new year!
Identify one to three action steps to move you more into deeper alignment with your desires!

Helping Hands Reentry Outreach Centers was founded in 2002 by Alan Evans, after over two decades of living on the streets. He was removed from an abusive home and sent to foster care at age 11, but when his circumstances didn’t improve, he ran away and was homeless and addicted by age 13. The mission of Helping Hands is to provide HOPE and CARE through personal, trauma-informed programs to individuals experiencing homelessness. The mission of Helping Hands is to provide a helping hand to a sustainable life through Resources, Recovery, and Reentry. Our programs are Trauma-Informed, Data-Driven, and Person-Centered; we take the time to learn each individual’s story and help connect them to the appropriate local resources and services to meet their unique needs. Learn more about our work at helpinghandsreentry.org.
