Beautiful Cat looking for a room of her own
She is a gorgeous aqua-green eyed bengal mix with the softest fur you’ve ever petted. She’s young and healthy and will be two and a half this summer.
She prefers to live mostly indoors when it’s wet and cold out but likes the opportunity to explore a bit outside in nice weather.
She loves having a comfy spot in the sun to sleep in and having her tummy rubbed when she’s in the mood to snuggle. She’s very affectionate.
Fully up to date on shots and spayed, litter trained etc.
She’s used to dry kibble but appreciates little treats from time to time (especially cream).
A floof princess with a wild side. She would love being the only cat in the house so she can get all the love and attention but currently lives with two other cats and a dog so she can make it work if needed.
She’s a bit shy at first but opens up quickly once she feels at home. She has a tiny polite meow and doesn’t use it often. If you open the door to let her out expect she that she will take a minute to make her final decision.
If you would love a sweet cat baby to ease the solitude of the coast then please let me know.
Free to a good home! Looking to move in sometime this month.
I would never part with her but I’m leaving to travel internationally and I can’t take pets with me.

Join us for a meaningful exploration of how the North Coast Oregon Threshold Choir’s compassionate music can offer solace at life’s final threshold. The Threshold Choir is an international organization of volunteer singers who offer comfort through gentle a cappella music to individuals at the thresholds of life, particularly those nearing the end of life. Founded in 2000, the choir has expanded to over 175 chapters worldwide, including the North Coast. The choir’s mission is rooted in the belief that music can be a healing power and an instrument for peace and justice. They are committed to creating a harmonious culture of inclusivity, respect, and love, affirming the beauty, dignity, and wholeness of all people. When invited to a bedside, small groups of two to four singers sing songs to bring ease, comfort, and peace.
During this offering, you will learn more about the North Coast Oregon Threshold Choir’s vision and mission, witness a live practice, be invited to ask questions, and learn how to request and receive an offering.
Presenter:
Over the past 15 years, Ann Quinn has sung with multiple Threshold Choir chapters, and in 2017, she served as the Event Planner for the National All Choir Gathering in Portland, OR. She has lived in Nehalem for 8 years and has spent the last 2 years developing a shared leadership team of singers dedicated to establishing the North Coast Oregon Threshold Choir Chapter. Ann finds great comfort and purpose in singing as a soul-nourishing ministry. She identifies as an Earthwalker, Permaculturist, Ecstatic Dancer, Huna Healer, Spiritual Companion, STEAM Coach, and Mamaw.

Join Tillamook Coast Visitors Association April 4 at Rockaway Beach City Hall for a special presentation about making outdoor spaces more accessible and inclusive for everyone.
Whether you’re a nature enthusiast, a community leader, or just want to learn about improving Tillamook Coast accessibility, this event is for you. Accessibility consultant Ashley Schahfer will lead a discussion on best practices for making the outdoors a more inclusive and accessible place.
Ashley is the owner of Empowering Access, whose mission is to provide equitable experience and knowledge-based guidance to those looking to engage in disability, equity, and inclusion work. Ashley has 21 years of lived experience in disability, two degrees in Architecture, and a Women’s studies certificate— her life mission has become thoughtful experience-based design and inclusion for the intersectional community with disabilities.
This is a FREE event.

MUSICAL STORY TIME at Manzanita Library
The free readings, for children ages 3 to 5, will feature a live oboe accompaniment by North Oregon Coast Symphony musician, Laurie Swanson. This month children will hear Do Like a Duck Does by Judy Hindley and Ivan Bates. In this story a mother duck is on a walk with her ducklings when suddenly a large, furry, brown duck joins the group. Drama, rhythm, and sunny images in this book make it a favorite with young children. Swanson will talk more about the instruments she plays, the oboe and English horn, and will demonstrate playing both during this event. After the reading, children will experience playing some different wind instruments.
