I was ridiculed, called a kook, confronted on this very forum, etc.
After watching chemtrails being sprayed all over the north coast, and more so in Portland, I pointed out to anyone who would listen that the Tillamook Airport was home to Aerostar, which does high-altitude testing of the toxic sprays in our skies and in the air by the U.S. military. I suggested Tillamook County commissioners have a hearing with the Aerostar execs and scientists to see what threats to our health and environment are happening because of these toxic mixes

DARPA’s solar radiation management experiments are now being acknowledged, and the big concern, as I also stated, is/was/has been that China is also doing it, and they can potentially manipulate our weather in disastrous ways. The Pentagon argues that they must spray (and use other methods) in order to counter China’s potential use of weather manipulation for nefarious purposes in the United States, as, more or less, an act of war.
Most of the spraying lately has been done by drones on a small scale.
