What is 5NP?
5 needle protocol or NADA protocol (national acupuncture detoxification association) has a history of successful use treating the nervous system, detoxifying the physical and emotional body brining about a balanced state of health. They are 5 potent points in each ear. These 5 points have a long history of affecting the entire body and spirit to:
*put us into our divine healing state (from activated nervous system of fight/flight/freeze to rest and digest)
*Improve sleep
*Support good digestion and clear skin
*Decrease pain, back pain, abdominal cramps
*Process emotions like fear, grief, shame, and anger without talk therapy
*Lift depressive states and awaken our self-esteem keeping us aligned with our sense of purpose
*Improve breathing and the ability to let go of what no longer serves us well.
*Lower blood pressure, improve circulation, energy flow and more….
5NP fortifies the body, encourages the removal of waste and burden leaving us feeling grounded and well adjusted.
It’s recommended to receive treatments regularly, so I will be adding additional locations and clinic opportunities in our area including a boutique experience at Pauseful in Manzanita. Currently, I’m thrilled to be brining monthly walk-in clinics at NCRD every 2nd Sunday 10am-12pm. I hope you come and join us.
What to expect: You will be greeted / fill out a consent form and make payment. You will take a seat in the comfortable fireside room to receive your needle placement then rest there until you feel ready to have your needles taken out. Typically 20-40min. and based on individual feeling and desire. Please bring a blanket and/or neck pillow if you like.
