Willingness to get on the line and cook.
Line Cook
Ability to operate in fast paced, high volume kitchen.
1-2 years experience is a plus
Prep, rotate, and maintain a clean line.
Nights and Weekends a must.
Prep Cook
Ability to follow recipes to spec.
Capable of working alone at a fast pace.
Communication with the team about 86ed items and emergent needs.
