Q: What is a Song Bath?
A: The Threshold Choir creates a sacred/quiet space for anyone to sit, relax, and receive healing vibration through singing to their body, mind and spirit. In general it calms your nervous system and like prayer, we can direct our love and kindness toward a specific place if requested.
Q: Do I need to share or speak at all?
A: No
Q: Can I sing along with the choir?
A: During Song Bath, we ask visitors to remain quiet. You are invited to stay after Song Bath to inquire more about becoming a choir member.
Q: Do I have to sit in the central gravity chair?
A: No. If you are more comfortable sitting in the choir circle or in a pew in the back, you are welcome to do so.
Q: Can I show up without RSVP?
A: Yes. Although we do like to have an idea ahead of time about how many people are planning to receive a song bath.
Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes. And we ask folks to enter and exit quietly.
Need TLC? You are invited to receive a Song Bath
