If you’re new to our community or not quite sure what it is we do, we thought to share a little more about what to expect.
We begin by gathering in a circle, setting an intention, and doing a simple embodiment practice to help us arrive and connect with ourselves.
From there, we’ll move into a period of free-form movement. There is no right way to participate. You might dance, stretch, rest, sit quietly, close your eyes, connect with others, or simply enjoy the music. The invitation is to listen to your body and follow what feels true for you.
After the movement portion of the evening, we gather in a circle and pause to integrate the experience. We then come back together for a closing circle and an opportunity to share reflections from the evening.
People come for all kinds of reasons: to move, connect, process, explore, or simply enjoy being present. Whatever brings you here, you’re welcome.
