Join us for the repair cafe this Saturday June 13th from 3-5 at the Heart of Cart’m Heartworks Studio (next to the store) in Wheeler!
This month we are excited to add some new items to our list of things we can repair. In addition to bringing us things like your lamps, kitchen aid mixers, household electrical items, sewing and knitting repairs, we are also sharpening knives and tools, doing simple bicycle repairs and reprogramming neighborhood radios!

Did you know that our Repair Cafe is part of an international movement? According to an article in APNews the idea originated in the Netherlands in 2009, struck a nerve in our throw-away culture and now there are over 4000 cafes fixing over 850,000 items each year! Check out the attached article!
