Hello everyone, I purchased a 7 bone chuck roast, T bone steaks and ground beef from Josi Farms in Tillamook and it was the most delicious beef we have ever had. The meatballs for spaghetti sauce were so tasty, the chuck roast tender and flavorful and the T Bone steaks out of this world. Just think, it was all local and a real farm to table experience. If you’re going to take the time to cook, use the best, freshest ingredients possible to get just delicious meals. It’s wonderful to eat produce that has not been in transit for days. Give the Josi Farms meat and produce a try. I found them at the Manzanita Farmers Market during the summer and they have been delivering every Wednesday next door to Manzanita News and Expresso.
