On Saturday, March 14, NVHS will present Capt. Daniel Marvin. Capt. Dan captained throughout his career and has a fascination with all things related to sailing the waters of the Pacific Northwest. When he learned about the circumstances of the loss of the Leggitt, he thought that the investigation was lacking. His own investigation has drawn different conclusions and his findings throw a new light on the responsibility for the greatest loss of life on the Oregon coast.
