Marzano’s Pizza Pie in beautiful Manzanita, Oregon is looking for a local, hands‑on General Manager who’s ready to lead by example, jump on the line, and sling some of the best pies on the coast.
This isn’t a clipboard-and-office kind of role—this is a “roll up your sleeves, know the locals, feel the heartbeat of the town, and keep the ovens fired up” position. What You’ll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of an iconic coastal pizza shop.
Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with your team—prepping, cooking, serving, and ensuring every pie is Marzano’s quality.
Create a positive, upbeat culture that reflects Manzanita’s welcoming community vibe.
Manage scheduling, inventory, COGS, labor, and facility upkeep.
Build strong relationships with locals, visitors, staff, and community partners.
Uphold high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and consistency.
What We’re Looking For
Someone local or very familiar with the Manzanita/Neahkahnie/Nehalem area.
A leader who doesn’t just direct—they dive in and work alongside their crew.
Strong operational and people-management skills.
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or food service (pizza experience = bonus points).
A calm, capable presence who can keep things smooth on our busiest beach weekends.
Passion for community, great food, and creating memorable experiences.
