The North County Recreation District (NCRD) is excited to announce new ways for community members to access our facilities in the new year.

Beginning January 2026, NCRD will accept several insurance-based fitness benefit programs for those who qualify. These benefits provide participants with a full-access Combo Pass, including Aquatic Center access and Fitness Center access.

Participating insurance programs currently include:

– Renew Active®

– Silver&Fit®

– Active&Fit Direct®

This full-access pass allows eligible members to enjoy Aquatic Center access, including lap swim, aquatic fitness classes, and water walking, as well as Fitness Center access, group fitness classes, and other eligible programs.

NCRD is actively working to add additional insurance-based fitness benefit programs, and community members are encouraged to check in to see if their provider has been added.

Our goal is to make health and wellness as accessible as possible. These partnerships help remove financial barriers and allow more people to fully use both our Aquatic Center and Fitness Center.

Patrons interested in using insurance benefits can visit NCRD in person, where staff will help verify eligibility and explain participation options based on individual insurance plans.

As we begin the new year, NCRD invites the community to explore these new ways to visit, move, and stay active together.
