News out of Minneapolis today shows that an ICE agent opened fire on a citizen of Minneapolis after ordering her to move her vehicle. That woman was dead within seconds of the order being given. The dictator and his cronies are already trying to spin this as a domestic terror event. As an attack on ICE. Video footage shows the woman complying with the order and then she is dead seconds later.
When is enough actually enough? When is this farce of an administration actually going to face any consequences for the pain and death they are causing? Where are the spines in the backs of our Senators and Representatives? I’m in my 30s and was taught in school that these very things happening now we’re what was happening in Stalin’s era. In Hitler’s era. In Mussolini’s era. How has our country fallen so far in such a short time after so many of us were taught what to look out for?
Add to this that this administration has now invaded another country, kidnapped it’s leader and is claiming it’s going to “control the oil in Venezuela.” For money. It’s all for the money. Again I ask, where are the damn spines in the backs of the people who are supposed to be the oversight?
I have never been more disappointed in my country and in being a US citizen then I have been in the last 13 months. And to those of you who will inevitably tell me that if I don’t like I should leave…what are your motivations? Why do you think all of this is ok? What happened to you to make you lose compassion for other human beings?
