Friendly little beast, spotted running up and down south Tohl Ave in Nehalem this morning around 0745-0800. Greets humans politely, doesn’t seem to know where s/he belongs. I didn’t have them, but if you’re looking for your pup, I hope it might help to know where they have been spotted.
