Great article on construction of the 60-unit affordable rental development “Spruce Point”, going up in Manzanita, over near the cemetery and Pine Ridge on Necarney City Rd.
Many, many people and organizations helped to get this project going. Included in this group, the City of Manzanita made it possible by getting a grant to annex and extend water out to this area. This is a win-win for all in north Tillamook County: beautiful homes, affordable rents. Looking forward to the grand opening come Fall 2026!
