This Stewardship Friday, we’re treasure hunting!
Under a veil of vines and through the treacherous tunnels of blackberry canes, we’re embarking on a treasure hunt for native plants in Zimmerman Marsh.
Join the Lower Nehalem Community Trust Stewardship Crew from 10:00 – 12:00 in Wheeler to care for this corner of wetland in good company. We will continue removing Scotch broom and blackberry to open up space for native plants to thrive.
Tools, gloves and scenic views provided.
Park near Highway 101 and Hemlock street.
