Our Family Day events are made for parents and kids who share a love for martial arts—or are just beginning their journey. Whether you’re a family that already trains together, or you’re curious to see what it’s all about, this is your invitation to step onto the mat as a team.
What to Expect:
Kids Friendly Competition: Start the day with welcoming, physical skill-building activities, designed just for kids. It’s a chance to get active, build confidence, roll with new partners, and make coastal memories.
All Ages Open Mat Free Roll: After the kids finish, it’s your turn to move your body, sharpen your game, get in some good rolls, with 20 minutes of open mat free rolls.
