A rejuvenating evening of yoga offering for Autumn this Sunday, September 28, 5 – 6:30 pm. Steep in the transformative energies of Autumn as you prepare your systems for the calm of winter.
*Covid-conscious considerations will be taken for this class. Sea Dream has a portable room air filter. Door will be cracked open if weather, noise permits. Kate will have masks available and be practicing in a mask. Masking is optional for participants.*
Yoga teacher, and Nehalem resident, Kate Skaggs, will guide you through this very quiet offering of guided meditation, gentle movement, and long-held restorative yoga poses, or asanas. Poses uses many props to support the body so you can pause, breathe, and slow down for engaging with your inner landscapes. Many different options will be offered to best support your physical, spiritual, and mental bodies in the moment.
No prior experience necessary. All props provided. Show up as you are! All are welcome. Please reach out to Kate with any questions (e-mail kaskaggs@gmail.com)

Kate (she/they) completed yoga school through Portland’s Bhakti Yoga Movement Center in 2019 and has been practicing since 2009. I continue to learn from the co-owners of the studio, Tara Sonali Miller and Zeyah Rogé. I appreciate being able to offer classes that help foster connection to breath and inner landscapes, supporting life off the mat, through slower practices such as pranayama, restorative and gentle yoga.
