Hello ALL!
There are a few adjustments to the Rising Hearts Studio schedule as we move into September/Fall Season.
Our shop hours are now Friday-Sunday 11 AM- 4PM, and by appointment. That means no Thursday shop hours for the time being. Remember: ALL SALES HELP SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITY EVENTS- Please come shop!
Also, all grief and support groups will now meet on the Second Week of the Month –
***Animal Loss Grief Support is on the Second Thursday 5:30-6:30PM – Are you grieving the loss of your animal companion, are you an animal care giver who is in burnout, are you grieving the loss of our wild spaces and those who habitat them? This group is for you – to have your grief witnesses, to be held in a container of love and support with others who are experiencing some of those same feelings. This group is by donation, and facilitated by Animal Chaplain Rev. Christy Kay- ALL ARE WELCOME.
***Adult Grief Support is now on the Second Friday 5:30-6:30 PM – are you grieving the loss of a person or role that was dear to you? This group provides a safe space to express, share, and process your grief, in whatever form it may be. Hosted by Sam Wall, grief counselor and death doula. This is a free group, sponsored by HUGGS (Helping us Give/Get Support.
****Spiritual Support Group meets on the Second Saturday 9-10 AM – are you having feelings of hopelessness, lacking connection and community? Do you need spiritual support in a non judgmental environment? This group is non denominational and welcomes all who are needing space to connect and restore on a spiritual level. Our time together can include spiritual practices like meditation, sound baths, prayer, creative projects, nature walks, card readings, and spiritual teachings. Please join us if called. This group is led by Rev Christy Kay, and is by donation.
Community Open Music Jam will continue on the First Friday, 6 PM THAT”S TOMORROW!! Bring your instruments, your voice, yourself – and let’s have fun playing music together. This FUN FREE event is open to ALL!!

Rising Hearts Studio is a continued community partner, and drop off site for FOOD DONATIONS, and WINTER GEAR FOR THE HOUSELESS- please consider dropping off your canned and dry goods, shelf stable milk, fresh foods, and your like new coats/hats, boots/shoes, blankets/sleeping bags, tents and tarps!! They will go to those who need them most in OUR Community!
Rising Hearts also continues hold resources for anyone needing PEER Support, grief support, and other community help- just drop in and see how we may help. We also have the only north county outside drug overdose response box, for 24/7 emergencies. It’s on the porch wall, and is available for anyone who needs it. You could save a life!
