Hybrid Classes – on line & hands on training; Complete online portion prior to in person.
Includes First Aid/CPR
Time for hands on training – to be determined
Skill Assessment:
• Swim 200 yards (8 lengths – no time limit)
• Brick swim with retrieval
• 2 minute tread water
