We are converting the former Nehalem Bay House assisted living facility into affordable senior apartments. The previous owner left behind quite a few items, and many of you came last week to claim them! But we still have more, and we’ve dismounted all of the old kitchen cabinets, sinks, and counters, so we’re having another free open house.

There’s lots of cabinets, sinks, countertops, a few rolls of carpet and flooring, commercial dining tables and chairs, other chairs, desks, bookshelves, 2 folding hospital type beds, and more misc materials and items. Everything is free! Please come only between 1 and 3, it is an active construction site during other hours.
