On Saturday, March 14 at 3:30, Captain Daniel Marvin will present his findings about the circumstances of the sinking of the Leggett. When the Leggett went down it was the largest loss of life on the Oregon Coast. The investigation that followed blamed the captain. Captain Dan has reviewed the record and has drawn a different conclusion. This program will include discussion about attempts to find the wreckage of the ship at the ocean’s bottom.
