What Does Conscious Aging Mean to You?
Join us for a conversation about what inspires you and helps you through your aging journey.
We will offer quotes from a number of sources and from wise people through the ages, as prompts for discussion. Discussing in small groups, we will explore what it means to age mindfully — maybe even with grace, humor and equanimity. Then we will gather to exchange ideas with the whole group. You are encouraged to share quotes, poems or words of wisdom that inspire you to stay awake to how your life is unfolding.
