Join us this Thursday, for a dance centered on the theme RELEASE.
Our dance is a welcoming space to shake off anything that no longer serves you, and step into the new year a little lighter.
The music will follow a natural arc – creating room for movement, play, expression, and letting go. There’s no right way to dance and nothing to figure out, just an invitation to come as you are, move freely, and enjoy being in your body in community.
We’ll close the evening with a gentle sound healing – offering a moment to settle, integrate, and land together after the dance.
For anyone who’d like to continue the reset, the Starseed Sauna will be open shortly after dance as an optional offering – a warm, grounding way to cleanse the body and welcome what’s next.
Come dance, have fun, and move into the new year with renewed vigor.
