The latest post regarding Oregon registration rolls is quite misleading. Here are the facts:
“As of January 2026, the Judicial Watch case in Oregon has resulted in a partial dismissal, though the broader litigation is ongoing.
Key developments in the case include:
Judicial Watch Dismissed as Plaintiff: In August 2025, U.S. District Judge Michael McShane ruled that Judicial Watch lacked standing to challenge Oregon’s voter rolls directly. While Judicial Watch can no longer act as a primary plaintiff, the court ruled that the Constitution Party of Oregon, a co-plaintiff in the same suit, does have standing to proceed.
Case Status: The lawsuit, Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Griffin-Valade (Case No. 6:24-cv-01783), continues with the Constitution Party of Oregon as the primary challenger. A hearing for the ongoing litigation is scheduled for January 14, 2026, at the U.S. District Court in Eugene.”
If one were truly concerned regarding the state of our democracy, it would seem only prudent to fully vet one’s sources. Judicial Watch is suspect.
Thanks to all that have responded in support.
