as of Sat 27 the brown dog has been seen by cameras confused curling up by a door and crying
We called Tillamook K9 Rescue Dispatch but the Pooch has to be contained for them to come over
this could be a garage or laundry room kennel or tied up
the community is putting water out and food
a good idea for all of us to have this dispatch number anyway. 503 815 19 11
