Are you having feelings of hopelessness, sadness, lacking connection and community? Do you need spiritual support in a non judgmental environment? Spiritual Support Group meets this Saturday 9-10 AM, at Rising Hearts Studio. This group is non denominational and welcomes all who are needing space to connect and restore on a spiritual level. Our time together can include spiritual practices like meditation, sound baths, prayer, creative projects, nature walks, card readings, and spiritual teachings. Please join us if called. This group is led by Rev Christy Kay, and is by donation.
