Remodeling? Building an addition?
I have a large lot of eleven good quality Anderson double-pane windows 84″H x 36W, divided as shown. Lower portion is 24″H. Buyer to verify exact sizes. Nine have fixed-pane upper and lower windows; two have operable awning-style lower windows with hardware. All are in excellent shape.
Selling as single lot for $500. You load and haul. In Manzanita.
