Tools are provided. We will be clearing brush and establishing trailhead next to Alder Creek Farm in Nehalem, connecting the farm and conservation area to surrounding neighborhoods and expanding bird-watching pathways. The hike is not very long or steep, but there is plenty of brush and uneven ground.
We will work on the trail from 9 – 3 on both Friday and Saturday. Potable water and bathrooms are available on site. Those interested may camp (van & tent accessible) on the Trusts property Thursday and Friday night. Camping details will be provided upon registration.
Please register for one or both days on this TKO website page so they know what supplies will be needed: trailkeepersoforegon.org/event/alder-creek-farm-new-trail-construction-north-coast-2-days-3/
