Join me in supporting Cristy Kay for a position on the Board of the North Coast Recreation District (NCRD). Christy has long been an active and dedicated member of our North County community. Her store in downtown Nehalem has provided a venue for music, healing and solace (most notably after the loss of Lee Blackmon). She has been active in organizing monthly Teen Nights at North Coast Pinball. In fact she says that she will advocate for establishing a Teen Center at NCRD and I know she will be a strong advocate and support for community-wide access to all the many programs of our beloved NCRD.
