Peaceful PROTEST Reminder- April 19th, Saturday from noon to 2 PM. We will be around the area where Highway 101 meets Manzanita Avenue. Our goal is to have a solid line of people with signs on the west side of Highway 101 all the way up to Nehalem Road. Bring your signs, your chairs, some water, and your positive energy!

Also remember the canned food drive to help our North Tillamook County Food Bank. Government funds have affected many local programs. A critical program in our area is the North Tillamook County Food Bank (NTCFB) located in Wheeler. We are asking you to donate what you can to this organization. The location of the NTCFB is 278 Rowe Street-which is across from the Nehalem Bay Health Center. The building is only open when food is distributed and that is at noon on Tuesdays. You can donate in three ways. Go to their website, www.northtillamookcountyfoodbank.org and press the “donate” button to donate online. You can send a check to NTCFB, PO Box 162, Wheeler, Oregon, 97147. Or you can go to the NTCFB on Tuesday to deliver food at that time. A monthly donation they can count on would be a real bonus. The NTCFB has a message phone, 503-368-7724. Thank you for considering adding them to your giving list. We will have collection boxes for canned foods and donations at all our PROTEST locations.
